This is a perfect place for people who love silence, comfort and beautiful views. Great location - close to the local beach. Kuca Nebeska is a nice base for exploring the peninsula and the entire region. The apartments are very clean and well-equipped. There is a very nice swimming pool and a spacious terrace on site. Very nice owners and helpful staff. Thank you Ulli and Geert for contributing to a beautifull holiday.

The staff was super friendly and it was always very clean. The hotel had a garage for free parking which was also nice, especially while it was hot outside. I also liked the gym. The location was in a quiet place but still close to the beach. The hotel in general looked very modern.

The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We had a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. There is a small pebble beach near the apartment. Our host, Marijana, is a very kind, attentive and helpful person. She deserves a million stars. Once she even prepared us fresh oysters and black mussels for dinner. Luka is a Dalmatian gem and Apartmani Ponta is an island of peace.

Perfect location near the beach, also market and restaurant are near. Very helpful, and kind host. Apartment was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. It's a good place for calm holidays.

Very comfortable for four adults and three children Near the beach 5min on foot nice garden in front of the house with the barbecue place two parking places the owners cousin Borko made a nice company for smalltalk and had his own wine great

The best we've ever been in Croatia! - two nice bedrooms - very, very clean - plenty of plates, cups etc. - nice big shower and very good water pressure - nice terrace - lovely host - comfortable beds - very good air-conditioning - really close to the beach and not far up the hill to walk back - beach nice and clean, water not too deep - good for children Thank you for a lovely stay.

This are very modern and very clean apartments. Everything that is needed for spending a wonderful holiday is there. Owners are very helpful, always making sure that you have everything you need. Location is great - beautiful beach, restaurants and shop are nearby.

Room is very cleaned and comfy bed. Short walking distance to beaches. Individual house quiet surroundings. Really friendly hosts even got a nice homemade piece of cake for each of us on arrival. Absolutely recommended.
