Camp "Palme" 5 kilometers to the west of the town Orebic has surface planted with various Mediterranean vegetation and its lower side extends along the pebble beach. The camp has new modern sanitary facilities, electrical outlets, refrigerator, gas station and connections for boats. The Peljesac Channel is well known for its frequent and strong north - western wind maestral and it is therefore an ideal place for windsurfing. This small family run camsite Camp"Palme" is in the immediate vicinity of the fishing village Kucište. The campsite has useful area of 1.4 ha, planted with palms and all other Mediterranean vegetation. It's lower side extends along a pebble beach about 250 m long. The capacity of the camp is about 150 people. It is equipped with 6 showers, 8 wash-basins, 14 sinks, 4 foot washing basins all hot water exits, 10 water closets and 3 pissoirs. Besides there is freezer for the elements of portable ice-boxes, gas filling station, electrical outlets for caravans and tents and deliver of basic food and fruit to the site. Distance to shop is 100 m.
